Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we have shipping available for an additional cost. Puppy Express does a great job on ground transportation and we also offer air transportation.
Our purebred puppies are all priced with limited registration, which means that they are not to be bred. They are still able to participate in select AKC events if you choose to do so.
Puppies are available with Full Registration at an additional cost of $500.00. We reserve the right to not sell a puppy with full registration if we think that particular puppy is not suited for breeding. We can give you our opinion on whether a puppy may or may not be of breeding quality, but we cannot guarantee it.
Once your puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, we allow the puppy to join you in your home.
Once you are ready to add a cute little puppy to your family you may contact us via email, text, or by calling us. We will be happy to help you decide which is the best puppy for you. Once you have decided on a specific puppy, a $500 non-refundable deposit will hold that puppy for you until he/she is old enough to be picked up.
Once you make the deposit, you will then receive an invoice along with our health guarantee via email to read over, sign and send back. Prior to going to it's new home the puppy will have a thorough examination done by our licensed veterinarian. If at that time a health issue should arise we will refund your deposit or transfer it to a different puppy.
Joyful-Pups offers a one year health guarantee against life threatening congenital disorders that appears within the first year of the puppy's life. This will not include anything that was disclosed and approved by you, prior to picking up your puppy. A vet check must be done and a vet report must be provided.
If you pick your puppy up at our home in Indiana or if the sale is in Indiana, we're required to charge 7% sales tax.
We accept cash if you pick up your puppy at our home. We accept card if you want the puppy shipped.
